We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and cancellations, processing payments, and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone. You will also coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
