The Jr. Counselor ensures students receive accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling Handle first-level counseling for UK study inquiries (eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, living costs). Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist. Guide students about education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options. Convert inquiries → registered students. Application Process Collect and verify documents from students. Submit files for document assessment via B2B partners. Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays. Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance. Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation. Visa Stage Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice). Fill and verify UK visa forms. Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents. Submit final visa application through B2B partner system. Post-Visa Support Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation). Maintain regular communication till student departs. Reporting Maintain CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage. Prepare weekly pipeline report: inquiries → registered → offers → CAS → visa approvals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inquiry to registration conversion ≥ 25% (qualified leads). Offer letter turnaround time ≤ 10 working days. CAS mock pass rate ≥ 90%. Visa file error rate = 0 critical errors/month. CRM hygiene = 100% entries complete & updated. Weekly reports submitted on time = 100%. Skills & Competencies Strong communication (English + Hindi/Gujarati). Knowledge of UK study system (intakes, tuition fees, scholarships). Organized with documentation and timelines. Ability to explain financial requirements clearly. Polite, patient, and student-focused. Education & Experience Graduate (any field). 1–2 years of counseling/customer service/admin experience preferred. Freshers with strong English & willingness to learn UK visa process can apply.
