Job Description: We are looking for a smart, well-presented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors, clients and vendors. • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it is presentable at all times. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries. • Maintain visitor and attendance logs. • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. • Provide administrative support to the HR or Admin department as needed. • Coordinate with different departments for office operations and communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline). • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English preferred. • Well-groomed, polite and professional behavior.
