Job Description: We are looking for a smart, well-presented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors, clients and vendors. • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure it is presentable at all times. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries. • Maintain visitor and attendance logs. • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. • Provide administrative support to the HR or Admin department as needed. • Coordinate with different departments for office operations and communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline). • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English preferred. • Well-groomed, polite and professional behavior. Job Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations of the Site Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization. To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance Set project goals and oversee projects to completion Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium commercial Projects Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors. Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well. 2 to 15 Years of Experience in the Commercial Interior Industry Working level communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and Pleasant personality. Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Keeping up to date with new developments in the Interior industry. Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is preferred. Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
