We're Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist (Female Only – Full-Time)

Location: Noida Sector 63

Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company.

The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and interview candidates.

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.

Manage office supplies, stationary, and front desk cleanliness.

Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance coordination.

Handle courier, emails, and basic documentation tasks.

Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar role (Freshers with good communication may apply)

Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Skills:

Must be proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Good written & spoken English and Hindi

Presentable appearance with a pleasant attitude

Time management and multi-tasking skills
