Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role involves handling reception duties, managing phone calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor log books and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle inquiries in person, via phone, and email.
  • Coordinate couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and arranging refreshments if required.
  • Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
  • Support HR/Admin team with clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general support to staff and assist in office coordination activities.
