Front Desk Receptionist

Greetings!!!

We, Gopinath Chem-Tech Ltd., looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Duties and Function :

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.4. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).5. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

6. Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers, Attending queries, and escalating it to the concerned department.

7. Maintain GRN register
8. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.9. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.10. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1.Education: Graduate

2.Computer proficiency MS office, Google sheets.

3.Language English, Hindi & Gujarati.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
