Job Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will manage a variety of tasks, from answering multi-line phone systems to assisting with office management duties, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. What you’ll do

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area that reflects our commitment to professionalism.Maintaining organized records, including documents, files, and other administrative materials.
  • Assisting with courrier arrangements and bookings
  • · Ordering and tracking office supplies, such as stationery and other operational items.
  • · Assisting with various tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Supervising housekeeping: Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the office space.
  • Assisting with HR operations & tasks
  • Working with other departments: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • & daily other tasks in admin dept.

Basic Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Bachlors degree - BA/B.Com/B.Sc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
