Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Morning Shift)
Location: Hazra, Kolkata
Hours: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Employment Type: [Full-time/Part-time]

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for the morning shift. As the first point of contact for customers and delivery partners, your role is crucial in ensuring clear communication and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure customers are accurately informed about their orders
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure correct orders are dispatched
• Update and maintain inventory records regularly
• Perform general front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Reliable and punctual – must be available from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy for updating inventory and order records

Preferred Qualifications (optional):

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Familiarity with inventory or order management systems
