Front Desk Receptionist & Data Entry

As a dynamic and proactive Front Office Receptionist at our company located in Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will have the opportunity to manage our reception area, provide administrative support, and act as an HRM trainee. This dual role allows you to gain comprehensive experience in HR management and front office operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a welcoming environment - Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence - Scheduling and coordinating business meetings and appointments - Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory - Assisting the HR department with recruitment processes - Organizing and maintaining employee records - Supporting HR functions such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities - Handling employee or external inquiries and providing administrative support to the Office Manager Your qualifications should include: - A BBA, BMS, or any Graduate degree with a Diploma or PG certificate or an MBA in HRM - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite Joining us will provide you with exposure to diverse roles in HR and administration, opportunities for career growth, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and a 5-day working system.
