Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Jubilee Hills,Hyderabad. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis, performing receptionist duties, and handling clerical tasks. The individual will greet and direct visitors, manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages), and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office security by controlling access information and managing the visitor logbook.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Communication
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and appearance
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
• Previously proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is beneficial
