Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. The receptionist will also manage schedules, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills and excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a reception or clerical role is a plus
