Operations: Manages the dining room, coordinates with the kitchen, and ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Sales and Upselling: Promotes menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase revenue. Team Leadership: Motivates, trains, and evaluates the service staff, fostering a positive work environment. Reporting: Prepares reports on dining room activities, guest feedback, and staff performance. Additional Duties: Inventory Management: Monitors and orders supplies, ensuring adequate stock of all necessary items. Quality Control: Maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
