Job Description

Role- Front Office Receptionist (Female candidates only)

Job Location- Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

Salary- upto 35000/month (depends on the interview)

DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We seek a dynamic, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the face of Arreness. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties-it demands proactive management of front office operations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs. You will ensure seamless first impressions, uphold confidentiality, and enable leadership to operate at peak efficiency.

Why This Isn’t a “Desk-and-Coffee” Role

You’re not just answering phones-you’re the ambassador of our brand, setting the tone for every client interaction. This role demands agility, foresight, and the ability to thrive under pressure-far beyond traditional reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

· Telephone etiquette- answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.

· Responsible for the maintenance of the reception area, there by ensuring that the same is always neat and clean.

· Meeting room bookings and management- will be responsible for ensuring a calendar is maintained for the booking of the meeting rooms and the same is cascaded to respective departments.

· Asset Management- keeping a close track of the incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, courier services).

· Coordination of Meetings- assist in the coordination of office activities and meetings (inclusive of the candidates that come for the face-to-face round of interview).

· Maintain visitor logs and issue badges/security passes as needed.

· Admin Responsibilities: -

o Managing the complete stock of all the items inclusive of stationary and other panty items.

o Ensuring that timely replenishment is done for the items falling short off.

o Ensuring that basic medication for the staff is always available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
