Location:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assuring they have a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and welcoming guest
2. Managing check-ins and check-outs
3. Handling reservations and inquiries
4. Providing a information about the hostel and local area
5. Managing phone calls and emails
6. Maintaining a clean and organized Front Desk Area
7. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
3. Basic computer skills
4. Ability to handle a stressful situations with professionalism
5. Previous experience in a similar roll is preferred but required.
