Front Desk Officer - Luxury Industry

You will be working as a Front desk officer at Aspect Global Ventures Pvt LTD, a company that operates across various industries globally, blending traditional values with innovative practices. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism, managing the front desk efficiently, maintaining visitor records, coordinating meeting room bookings, handling couriers and deliveries accurately, assisting in administrative tasks, and ensuring that the reception area reflects the brand's premium standards. Additionally, you will provide support to management and other departments as required. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism - Manage the front desk, telephone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently - Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed - Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements - Handle couriers, deliveries, and correspondence accurately - Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management - Provide support to management and other departments - Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and reflects premium standards Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Commerce or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist (Preferably in MNC Companies) - Strong communication and coordination abilities - Fluent in English Communication - Presentable Personality You will be reporting to the CEO of Aspect Global Ventures Pvt Ltd and the base location for this role is Bandra West, Mumbai. The salary offered will depend on your last drawn salary. The job type is full-time and permanent, and proficiency in English is required for this role. The work location will be in person.,
