Job Responsibilities :

1. Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a luxury brand experience.

2. Manage the front desk, telephone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

3. Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security protocols are followed.

4. Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements.

5. Handle couriers, deliveries, and correspondence with accuracy.

6. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.

7. Provide support to management and other departments as required.

8. Ensure the reception area is always well-maintained, organized, and reflects the brand’s premium standards.

9. Should have good exposure to admin related task.

Candidate Profile

§ Qualification – Graduate in Commerce or related field.

§ 1–2years of experience as a Receptionist (Preferably in MNC Companies).

§ Strong communication and coordination abilities.

§ Fluent in English Communication

§ Presentable Personality
