Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at Pearl Health, located in Chennai. The Front Desk Manager will oversee the reception area, ensuring top-notch patient care service and satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing appointments, answering phone calls, maintaining patient records, accounts and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth operations. The role requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
