Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
• Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain office records, attendance, and assist with administrative duties.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and office supplies management.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive calling abilities.
• Good command over English and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Presentable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Confident in handling customer queries and client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
