Front Desk Executive

You will be serving as a Front Desk Executive at Spine Infratech Pvt. Ltd., located in Dwarka. The company operates in the Interior Solutions, Design & Build Services, and Turnkey Projects industry. As a Front Desk Executive with additional responsibilities in Sales Calling and HR Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing the reception area, engaging in lead follow-ups, and providing basic HR assistance. Your strong communication skills and proactive approach will be essential for excelling in this diverse and customer-facing position. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the front desk efficiently by welcoming and assisting walk-in visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, coordinating meetings, and overseeing courier services to uphold a clean and organized front office environment. Moreover, you will be involved in making sales calls to potential clients for follow-up and qualification purposes, offering information about the company's services, scheduling meetings, and updating lead statuses in the CRM system or Excel sheets. Additionally, you will support HR functions by participating in interview screening and scheduling, aiding in onboarding processes and employee documentation, and assisting with basic HR administrative tasks such as managing attendance, leaves, and files. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in front desk, telecalling, or administrative/HR positions, exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi, maintain a confident and well-groomed demeanor, have basic computer proficiency including MS Office and Google Sheets/Docs, and preferably hold prior experience in sales support or HR coordination roles. The ability to multitask effectively and take ownership of tasks independently will be crucial for success in this dynamic role.,
