Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable. Manage daily mail, deliveries, and courier services. Maintain visitor logs and access records. Support the admin team. Handle inquiries via phone and email, and provide accurate information. Assist with any other front office or administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Graduate compulsory. 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
