Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk, Sales cum Shoot Inventory Assistant to handle reception duties, support sales activities, and manage shoot-related inventory. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate film shoot logistics including tracking equipment, props, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administration-

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain front office supplies, cleanliness, and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage access protocols.

Sales Support-

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Draft and send cold emails to prospects.
  • Maintain CRM/database with client and project details.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and pitch preparations.

Shoot Inventory Management-

  • Maintain accurate records of shoot-related inventory including equipment, props, costumes, and materials.
  • Track inward (purchases, rentals, vendor deliveries) and outward (shoot dispatches, returns) movements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure required items are available on time.
  • Work with vendors/suppliers for rentals, purchases, and returns.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with physical inventory.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management and production teams.
  • Flag shortages, damages, or losses immediately for quick resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, sales support, or inventory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
