Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients. They will also maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area and respond to inquiries with professionalism, ensuring positive interactions. Handling of Product Inward & Outward and Followups with Vendors and Customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Tally.Prime is beneficial
