Front Desk Executive

Position: Front Desk Executive

Location: Chandigarh Road, Mundian, Ludhiana.

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the concerned department
• Maintain visitor register and ensure proper coordination with internal teams
• Provide basic information about real estate projects, locations, and amenities
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Site teams for client meetings and visits
• Manage appointment scheduling for site visits and meetings
• Maintain front desk documents, brochures, and marketing material
• Assist in lead entry, basic data updating, and reporting (Excel / CRM if applicable)
• Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area
• Support administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Presentable personality with client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
