Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Petals Pre School is a trusted name in early childhood education, dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for young learners. We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to join our Kirti Nagar branch.

Responsibilities

• Greet parents, visitors, and children warmly and professionally.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
• Provide information about admissions, fees, and school updates.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Manage front office records, files, and correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles, ideally in education or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Pleasant personality with a child-friendly approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
