Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls appropriately
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures etc.)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Any other clerical receptionist duties which are assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in MS Office.
