Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk cum Tele Counsellor based in Surat. The Front Desk cum Tele Counsellor will handle receptionist duties, manage phone calls, provide customer service, and offer telephonic counseling to potential clients. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, managing appointment schedules, answering inquiries, and maintaining records. The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service experience
• Computer Literacy and the ability to manage basic administrative tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
