Position: Front-Office Coordinator cum Receptionist

Job Summary

Preferred skills:

Customer Service Experience.

Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.

Effective Written and Verbal Communication skills. Friendly Attitude.

Ability to stay calm under pressure Ability to Multitask.

Organized and Detail-Oriented.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Supply Management.

Must Have:

Computer: Basic Knowledge + MS Office + Tally(preferred)

Qualification needed: Graduate

Experience: 2+ years in facing customer/hospitality.

Preferred language known: English, Hindi, Punjabi

Key Responsibility:

Schedule patient appointments, visit reminders, follow-ups

Tele-calling to customers for visit feedback and follow-ups

Billing, cash collection, bank deposits

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems

Prepare bills and take payments

Inform other team members of visitors arrivals or cancellations
