Front Desk Clerk

As a Front Desk Executive at Osaa by Adarsh, a luxury fashion brand based in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, appointments, and various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for every visitor as the first point of contact. You will be expected to greet and assist clients with professionalism, manage appointments, and maintain client schedules efficiently. Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries will be part of your daily tasks. Keeping the reception area organized and coordinating with internal teams for smooth store operations will be essential for the role. Additionally, you will assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality, with retail experience being preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, and knowledge of Bengali will be considered an advantage. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a basic understanding of MS Office and digital tools, are necessary for this position.
