Front Desk BILLING-Hospital

· Performing the day to day admissions.

· Detailed counseling the patients regarding the admissions and hospital protocols.

· Coordinating with ward and ICU Nursing staff regarding the ward allotment.

· Feeding all the necessary referral details at admission in the system coordinating with Marketing Executive.

· Coordinating with the MRD for the previous admitted files.

· In the event of high occupancy; following up with billing department with regard to the discharge patients for the new patient admissions.

· Collecting the undertaking letter for the corporate / insurance patients if the patient opts for the different category other than their eligibility

· For Cash Patients, the patients / attenders are properly counseled along with approximate costing / depositing the advance.

· For Corporate Patients, Collecting the Credit letter issued from the Corporate and allotting the wards as per the eligibility.

· In case of emergency admission, collecting undertaking from the patients / attenders.

· Education the patient attenders about the policy of the hospital and hand over the booklet also.

Taking the consent from the patient / attenders after education them about the hospital rules and regulations.

Taking the patient to Admitted ward / room with the staff and hand over the file to the concerned nursing staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
