Front Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves as required.
• Maintain accurate sales records and process transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 +years of experience in retail/showroom sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mindset.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays, if required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
