Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and guidance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves as required.
Maintain accurate sales records and process transactions efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Experience: 1 +years of experience in retail/showroom sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mindset.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays, if required.
