Front Desk Associate

Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing front office operations, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned department.
  
• Manage visitor entry, maintain the visitor register, and issue visitor badges.
  
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements.
  
• Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management.
  
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and professional appearance.
  
• Assist HR/Admin with documentation, onboarding formalities, and records.
  
• Manage office supplies and place replenishment requests when required.
  
• Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors.
  
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
