Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, your main responsibility is to warmly welcome guests to the hotel and assist them with any queries they have during their stay. You provide guests with an efficient and smooth check-in and check-out process and ensure that all billing is complete and accurate. Working as a key member of the Front Office team, you always strive to anticipate guests" needs to help ensure that their stay is a memorable one. The successful candidate for this position will ideally possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field - Previous experience in Reception or in a guest service-oriented role - Well-groomed with a friendly and warm personality - Confident communication skills to effectively interact with guests - Proficiency in computer systems such as Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office, and EDC Machine - Fluency in the English language to ensure seamless communication with guests and team members.,
