Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The candidate should be well-presented, organized, and capable of handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
  • Maintain office supplies and front desk area
  • Support basic administrative and documentation tasks
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming front office environment

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate / diploma
  • Prior front desk, receptionist, or admin experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
