We don’t just train players—we build champions. Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Executive to manage front desk responsibilities and day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and aspiring athletes at both our Tennis and Cricket academies , ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the front desk for both tennis and cricket academies Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp communication Follow up with leads, parents, and trial participants as per process Maintain attendance logs and visitor records Coordinate with coaches and academy managers for scheduling Support with basic admin tasks like data entry, document management, and follow-ups Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times Required Skills & Qualities Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred) Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, phone handling) Highly organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple responsibilities calmly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any stream 1+ years of experience in front desk/admin (education or sports background preferred) Passion for sports and working in a youth-centric environment Why Work With Us?
