Assist in setting up and operating friction stir welding machines for aluminium formwork panels and automotive parts.
Perform welding tasks under guidance, following approved welding procedures and parameters.
Read and understand basic engineering/welding drawings.
Conduct visual inspection and basic measurements of welded joints.
Report welding defects or issues to senior engineers for correction.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in good condition.
Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and ensure safe handling of machines and materials.
Learn and support documentation of welding processes as per company requirements
