Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Acquire personal leads to complement outbound and inbound sales efforts. Perform daily lead generation calls to identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities.

Use of Lead Sources

Leverage various lead sources provided by the company to maximize phone sales and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.

Sales Script Adherence

Follow the provided sales script using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) methodology to effectively engage prospects and drive conversions.

Referral Generation

Obtain referrals from each sales call to expand the prospect network and enhance lead quality.

Team Engagement & Reporting

Celebrate daily new sales activities within the team to maintain motivation and track performance metrics.
