Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to focus on lead generation through cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them through effective communication, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to the target audiance and introduce them to the company's fintech products/services. Understand client needs and provide product information tailored to their financial requirements.
• Identify potential clients, convert them into customers, and generate new business by promoting and selling company services.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects with detailed call notes and outcomes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly New Business targets.
• Handle objections professionally and address any queries or concerns raised.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of New Businesses.
• Provide regular reports on call activity and New Business progress to the management. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cold calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse global audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
