Salary Structure:

Voice Process

  • Fresher:

    17K + 2K Attendance Bonus (3 LPA)

  • 6 to 18 Months Exp:

    20K + 2K Attendance Bonus (3.4 LPA)

  • 18+ Months Exp:

    25K + 2K Attendance Bonus (4 LPA)

Semi-Voice Process

  • Fresher:

    15K

  • less than 6 Months Exp:

    17K

  • greater than18 Months Exp:

    19K

Non-Voice Process

  • less than 1 Year Exp:

    12K

  • Greater than 1 Year Exp:
