We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee in Mutha Foundries. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with a strong foundation in Chemistry or Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the development of new products and processes using chemical knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems.

Conduct mechanical tests and analyze results to improve product quality.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Diploma/BE in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

Strong understanding of chemical principles and their applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
