Your main responsibility will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term success and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new Potential Partners via cold callings. Serve as the main point of contact for new partners during the onboarding process. Guide partners through the setup and configuration of their accounts, tools, or integrations. Provide training, support, and resources to help partners understand our platform and best practices. Document and improve onboarding processes and materials to enhance the partner experience. Collect feedback from partners to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements during onboarding.
