We are currently hiring enthusiastic freshers who have completed or are pursuing IATA certification, and are keen to build a career in the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in domestic & international flight bookings
• Support hotel reservations, visa coordination, and itinerary preparation
• Manage customer queries through calls, emails, and internal systems
• Maintain accuracy in PNR creation, amendments, and documentation
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for confirmations
• Ensure smooth travel service delivery to corporate clients
• Work closely with senior travel consultants and team leaders

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling)
• Understanding of travel terminology (IATA codes, etc.)
• Willingness to learn GDS systems (Amadeus)
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Customer-first attitude

Eligibility

• Freshers only (0–1 year experience)
• Mandatory: IATA certified or currently pursuing IATA
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HSC)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Schedule

• Rotational Shifts (24×7) / or as per company requirement
