Job Summary: We are looking for passionate and motivated engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). The ideal candidates will assist in project planning, site execution, design, testing, and quality assurance while learning through on-the-job training. Role & responsibilities For Civil Engineering Freshers: Assist in site supervision, planning, and execution of construction activities. Support project engineers in quantity estimation and billing. Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at construction sites. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. For Electrical Engineering Freshers: Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Perform basic troubleshooting and support in testing and commissioning. Learn compliance with electrical safety standards and protocols. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. For Mechanical Engineering Freshers: Support maintenance, installation, and operation of mechanical systems or equipment. Assist in CAD drawing preparation and machine design. Participate in preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis. Collaborate on production planning and quality control processes. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred). Strong academic record and basic technical knowledge in respective fields. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work on-site or in plant environments as needed.
