                                As a part of Ativir Financial Consultants Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our SEBI-registered Category-I Merchant Banking Firm's diverse range of services including Business and Investment Advisory, Credit Appraisal, Project Financing, Equity Research, Valuation, and Financial Due Diligence. With a focus on Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Debt Restructuring, and Resolution Services, our pan-India presence spans across Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Bangalore.  We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Mumbai office located at 412A, The Capital, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400051. In this role, you will be responsible for various key functions:  Front Desk & Administrative Support: - Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors while managing incoming calls effectively. - Provide accurate information about our services and maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Assist in scheduling appointments and handling mail and courier packages.  Office Management: - Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the office environment. - Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and oversee cleaning services. - Supervise office support staff to ensure efficient operations.  Vendor Management: - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and services. - Maintain vendor relationships and monitor contract agreements for quality service.  Facility Management: - Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. - Coordinate with building management for repairs and compliance with safety regulations.  Travel & Logistics: - Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and manage transportation logistics. - Handle logistics for office events, meetings, and conferences.  Communication & Coordination: - Serve as a primary contact for internal and external office-related communications. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to support office operations effectively. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.  To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2+ years preferred). - Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services industry. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
