We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Mumbai office located at 412A, The Capital, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400051. In this role, you will be responsible for various key functions: Front Desk & Administrative Support: - Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors while managing incoming calls effectively. - Provide accurate information about our services and maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Assist in scheduling appointments and handling mail and courier packages. Office Management: - Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the office environment. - Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and oversee cleaning services. - Supervise office support staff to ensure efficient operations. Vendor Management: - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and services. - Maintain vendor relationships and monitor contract agreements for quality service. Facility Management: - Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. - Coordinate with building management for repairs and compliance with safety regulations. Travel & Logistics: - Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and manage transportation logistics. - Handle logistics for office events, meetings, and conferences.
