Role Specifications

Apprentice Telesales

Accurately record customer details and process orders.
Contribute to team targets through effective telesales.
Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Develop thorough knowledge of products and services to provide suitable solutions to customers.

Apprentice – Customer Service

Handle customer complaints received via grievance ID or management email with quality resolution.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals.
Identify and recommend process improvements for better customer service delivery.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates from the 2025 batch (pass outs)

Tenure:

Note :- Candidates will have rotational shifts from 8 AM - 11 PM ( any 9 hours shift )
