About the Role

French/German/Spanish

Key Responsibilities

Provide
L1/L2 technical support
to global customers in French/German/Spanish via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
semiconductor products, embedded systems, hardware, and related software tools
.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to diagnose deeper technical challenges.
Document issues, create knowledge-base articles, and ensure accurate tracking in support systems.
Escalate high-priority cases and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service.
Work effectively in
rotational shifts
to support customers across global time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency (B2/C1 or native-level) in
French / German / Spanish
plus strong English communication.
Bachelors degree in
Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
. (Any bachelors is fine)
14 years of experience in
technical support
, semiconductor, electronics, embedded systems, or similar domain preferred.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and understanding of hardware/software interactions.
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce) is an advantage.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
