French Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic French Language Trainer to join our language training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French language and experience teaching students across various proficiency levels. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and structured lessons to help learners develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in French.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training for various levels (A1 to B2/C1) in accordance with CEFR guidelines.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, and pronunciation in a clear and engaging manner.
• Conduct speaking drills, listening exercises, reading comprehension activities, and writing practice.
• Prepare students for language certifications such as DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF (if applicable).
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and assignments tailored to student needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and improvement strategies.
• Create a friendly, immersive classroom environment to build learner confidence.
• Incorporate digital tools, multimedia resources, and conversational role-plays into lessons.
• Support learners in understanding French culture and communication etiquette.
• Conduct mock speaking and writing tests for exam preparation and fluency building.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in French, Linguistics, Literature, or any degree.
• DELF B2 or higher certification (C1/C2 preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in French.
• Experience teaching online using Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS tools.
• Familiarity with French-language teaching methodologies and CEFR frameworks.
• Ability to train students for corporate, academic, or immigration-related purposes.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
