About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Freight Sales Specialist to join our growing US logistics team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills to handle the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers in the US market.
• Negotiate rates and secure freight for clients.
• Manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Freight Brokerage.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
• Knowledge of load boards and US transportation regulations is a plus.
