Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Coordinator located in the Mohali district. The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day freight and transportation operations. Duties include organizing, tracking, and monitoring shipments, coordinating with clients, import and export logistics, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Freight management and logistics operations
• Knowledge of Import and Export procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in logistics or transportation industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is a plus
